



She has been a part of two professional recording projects Anthony Barfield: Chapter II and Forbes plays Forbes with the University of Alabama's Wind Ensemble.Stephanie plays a Miraphone 5050 Ambassador series and is proudly sponsored by Warburton Music Products.Difficulty: (see Ratings for explanation) Her additional instructors include Fritz Kaezing, Robert Clark, Steven Etters and Benjamin Pierce.Prior to teaching collegiately, she has assisted in teaching at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and The University of Alabama. She has completed her Master of Music degree in euphonium performance from the University of Alabama studying with Demondrae Thurman and her Bachelor of Music in euphonium performance from Appalachian State University studying with Christopher Blaha.

She also teaches for the Salvation Army in Statesville, North Carolina instructing brass band, piano and music theory.She is entering her last year of her Doctor of Musical Arts at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she is studying with Dennis AsKew. Stephanie is actively working with several different composers throughout the United States and performing their world premiers.In addition to her solo career she currently is on the music faculty as an Adjunct Music Instructor at Western Carolina, Rowan Cabarrus Community College and at Mitchell Community College. She also has been asked to perform as a soloist with several colleges and universities throughout North Carolina.
